Health Economist/ Modeller/ Research Analyst

We are a global healthcare consultancy company specialized in Market Access and HEOR services. Following our successful business in the UK, USA, Germany, Switzerland, and Canada we are now expanding our services in other European countries including the Netherlands. We are seeking Health Economic Analysts to join our team and be a driving force in the expansion of our HEOR profile. The Health Economics Analysts will report to the Health Economics Senior Managers in the Netherlands and the UK.

Key Requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Health Economics or in a quantitative field such as Biostatistics or Mathematics
  • Proven experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical industry, academia or reimbursement agencies
  • Proven experience in development of core and local adaptation of cost-effectiveness, budget impact models
  • Strong statistical skills, particularly in biostatistics and epidemiology
  • Strong excel programming skills and analytical skills (VBA and knowledge on other programming languages like R and Phyton will be an asset)
  • Knowledge of literature reviews/ systematic reviews and proposal writing
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills and ability to communicate in the Dutch language is an advantage
  • Full proficiency in MS Office programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in dynamic project teams

Main Responsibilities

  • Development of core cost-effectiveness and budget impact models
  • Model adaptations to address local requirements, being responsible for the content, and execution
  • Report the economic section of HTA pricing and reimbursement submissions
  • Effective communication with clients
  • Interpretation of clinical studies results
  • Supporting health economic and outcome research efforts
  • Adhering to project timelines and budgets
  • Drafting project reports and other deliverables
